Connected social accounts

Delete your social account data

When you connect TikTok, Instagram, a Facebook Page, Threads, X or YouTube to GoFaceless, we keep an encrypted access token and the account's ID, name and picture so we can publish the videos you choose. This page explains how to remove that data.

Disconnect in GoFaceless

  1. Sign in and open the channel the account is connected to.
  2. Open the Accounts tab and choose Disconnect on the account.

Disconnecting revokes and wipes the account's tokens at once and stops every scheduled post to it. Your own GoFaceless videos and their publishing history stay in your workspace.

Or remove GoFaceless on the platform

  • Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove GoFaceless.
  • Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then remove GoFaceless.
  • Threads: Settings, then Account, then Website permissions, then remove GoFaceless.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions, then remove GoFaceless.
  • X: Settings, then Security and account access, then Apps and sessions, then revoke GoFaceless.
  • YouTube: Google Account permissions, then remove GoFaceless.

When Instagram, Facebook or Threads tells us you removed GoFaceless or asked for your data to be deleted, we revoke the connection and wipe its tokens and profile details automatically.

Or ask us

Email support@goagentic.com from the address on your GoFaceless account and name the platform and account. We delete the data within 30 days and reply when it is done. To delete your whole GoFaceless account, see account deletion.

Posts already published stay on the platform until you delete them there.
