By accessing and using GoFaceless ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

GoFaceless is an AI-powered platform that helps users create faceless video content for social media platforms. The Service includes video generation, AI voice synthesis, and automated caption generation.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Create misleading or deceptive content
• Impersonate others or create deepfakes without consent
• Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

• You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.
• You grant us a license to process and store your content for service delivery.
• AI-generated elements may be subject to third-party terms (e.g., stock footage providers).

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Any no-charge promotional period accepted before July 29, 2026, remains governed by the checkout terms shown when it began, including its disclosed charge date and cancellation deadline.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
• We will correct billing mistakes, including duplicate or unauthorized charges. If a GoFaceless service failure prevents us from providing paid Service, we will provide an appropriate refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or remedy required by applicable law. For billing or refund support, contact support@goagentic.com.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• Unused credits or video generations do not roll over between billing periods.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
