GoFaceless is an AI-powered platform that helps users create faceless video content for social media platforms. The Service includes video generation, AI voice synthesis, and automated caption generation.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Create misleading or deceptive content
  • Impersonate others or create deepfakes without consent
  • Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.
  • You grant us a license to process and store your content for service delivery.
  • AI-generated elements may be subject to third-party terms (e.g., stock footage providers).

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Unused credits or video generations do not roll over between billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
