Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

GoFaceless is a short-form video creation app. This policy says what it is for, what it never makes, and how we enforce that. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1.What GoFaceless is for

GoFaceless makes short videos for social media. You can put yourself, or friends who agreed to it, into trending video templates; turn a topic, brief or website into a narrated video with a script, voiceover, visuals, captions and music; and make ads, explainers, product videos and series. You can then post the videos to your own YouTube, TikTok or Instagram accounts.

Every video is made for publishing on mainstream platforms, so GoFaceless makes nothing those platforms or their advertisers would refuse.

2.What GoFaceless never makes

  • Nudity or sexual content of anyone, real or drawn: no nudity of any kind (even artistic, partial or implied), pornography, sex acts, erotic or fetish content, or promotion of adult services.
  • Intimate or sexual images of real people (AI non-consensual intimate imagery), whatever the request says, including “undressing” a person in a photo.
  • Anything sexual involving a minor.
  • Fake footage that shows a real, identifiable person saying or doing something as if it were true, or that harasses, degrades or humiliates them.
  • Hate or discrimination against people for a protected trait, extremism, glorified violence or war, gore, self-harm, dangerous or illegal acts, scams, and the exposure of someone's private personal data.

3.People in your videos

  • Upload only photos and videos of yourself, or of people who gave you their permission. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to them.
  • A photo of a minor needs the permission of their parent or legal guardian, and is never used for anything sexual or suggestive.
  • Do not use GoFaceless to impersonate anyone or to make someone appear in a video without their consent.

4.How we enforce this

  • Every request and every uploaded photo is checked before anything is made: fixed rules, text and image moderation, a policy classifier, and a separate image check that refuses any nudity. Any one check refusing is enough.
  • Nudity, sexual content and anything sexual involving a minor are refused before anything is made. A refused request is never charged.
  • When a check cannot run, or a request needs a second look for another reason, what is made is held: nobody gets it, and it is not published, until a person has reviewed it.
  • We remove content that breaks this policy and may suspend or close the accounts involved.

5.Google and YouTube data

When you connect YouTube, GoFaceless uses Google user data only to post the videos you choose to your own channel, make the changes you ask for (captions, playlists, details, comment replies you write or approve), and show the videos' statistics. Google user data is never used to make images or videos of people, never used for anything this policy forbids, and never used to train AI models. Our use of it follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements; see our Privacy Policy.

6.Report a problem

If you see a GoFaceless video that breaks this policy, or a video that uses your face without your consent, email support@goagentic.com with a link to it. We review every report and remove what breaks this policy.
