Terms of Service

By accessing and using GoFaceless ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

GoFaceless is an AI-powered platform for short videos and photos for social media. It puts people into video templates and photos from the photos you upload, and it makes faceless videos from a topic, your own text, or a link. The Service includes video and image generation, AI voice synthesis, automated captions, and publishing to social accounts you connect.

Photos of people: when you upload photos of a person, GoFaceless uses them only to draw that person into the previews, videos, and photos you ask for, through the AI image, vision, and video providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that the photos are of you or of people who gave you permission (for a minor, their parent or guardian). The result is an AI-made likeness of the person; we do not use the photos to identify anyone, and you can delete them at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Service, including making purchases, only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Create misleading or deceptive content
• Impersonate others or create deepfakes without consent
• Upload photos of another person without their permission, or of a minor without their parent's or guardian's permission
• Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

• You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.
• You grant us a license to process and store your content for service delivery.
• AI-generated elements may be subject to third-party terms (e.g., stock footage providers).

When you connect a social account, GoFaceless posts the videos you choose to that account. Each platform's own terms also apply to what you post there.

• GoFaceless uses YouTube API Services. By using GoFaceless to connect or publish to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Publishing to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or X is subject to that platform's terms of service and community rules.
• You can disconnect an account in GoFaceless at any time. For YouTube, you can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Any no-charge promotional period accepted before July 29, 2026, remains governed by the checkout terms shown when it began, including its disclosed charge date and cancellation deadline.
• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy, ask within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full, whether it was monthly or annual, provided you have used less than 20% of the credits included with it. Generating videos consumes credits and incurs real processing costs, so once 20% or more of those credits have been used, the payment is non-refundable. The refund ends the subscription and any remaining credits. It applies once per customer and to the first payment only.
• Apart from that guarantee, subscription fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, including renewals. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
• We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, credits, or a remade video beyond these limits. Doing so in one case does not oblige us to do so in another.
• We will correct billing mistakes, including duplicate or unauthorized charges. If a GoFaceless service failure prevents us from providing paid Service, we will provide an appropriate refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or remedy required by applicable law. For billing or refund support, contact support@goagentic.com.
• Unused credits or video generations do not roll over between billing periods.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
