Connect in three steps
Sign in and allow it
Codex opens your browser. If it does not, run codex mcp login gofaceless. Sign in to GoFaceless or create an account, choose the organization, and allow the connection.
Use Codex interactively
Start codex and ask it to use GoFaceless. Making or changing a video needs your approval in the session, so codex exec can only read: your videos, credits, and templates.

GoFaceless keeps organization access scoped and revocable. Paid generation still respects the visible quote and your authorized spending limit.
Troubleshooting
If something does not connect
Codex says "Auth required" or "Transport channel closed"+
GoFaceless is not signed in for Codex yet, or the sign-in expired. Run codex mcp login gofaceless, then start a new Codex session.
codex exec cannot make a video+
Tools that make or change videos need your approval, and codex exec cannot ask for it. Run codex interactively for those requests.
